A brand-new QuikTrip gas station is coming to Bridgeview, adding to the businesses lining Harlem Avenue. The demolition of the old CVS Pharmacy has been completed, and preparations are underway to construct the multi-million-dollar facility at 8625 S. Harlem. The busy 87th St. & Harlem intersection will soon have a convenient place on the east side of the street for northbound traffic to fill up on gas as they travel through our wonderful community. The business investment in Bridgeview is a sign that our village offers an attractive economic environment with room for growth that can benefit our residents.

“It’s always good to see new business coming to Bridgeview,” said Mayor Landek. “Getting rid of an unused building to free up the property for new investment is a huge win.”

The QuikTrip gas station will provide valuable property, sales, and motor fuel taxes to the Village of Bridgeview down the line. The construction is in its early stages, and the Village of Bridgeview looks forward to seeing its completion in the spring of 2026!
