On Thursday, July 11th Village of Bridgeview Trustees Claudette Struzik and Gary Lewis cut the ribbon at the Grand Opening of Churros Chicken in the commercial lot just east of SeatGeek Stadium. Eager attendees lined up outside the welcoming and brightly colored entrance for their chance to request free samples of the new restaurant’s Cajun style and lemon pepper chicken tenders. Ordering at either the counter or the modern touchscreens mounted to the walls, attendees were also able to request wings plated alongside delicious churros and dipping sauces.

“I’m glad that Bridgeview continues to be a place for new businesses to open and grow, offered Trustee Struzik after sampling the wings. The food here really is good,” added Trustee Lewis, “and I hope to see Churros Chicken do well so I can come back and enjoy it some more.”
