SeatGeek Stadium will host Major League Rugby’s championship final on Father’s Day—Sunday, June 21st at 7PM CST—marking the second time in three years the Bridgeview venue has hosted the sport’s biggest game in the nation.

The championship match will crown the winner of MLR’s single-elimination playoff tournament. “Chicago has proven itself as the destination for rugby in the U.S.,” said James English, CEO of the Chicago Hounds. “With its unmatched energy and passionate fans, there’s simply no better place to celebrate this moment.”

“The popularity of rugby continues to grow, and we at the Village of Bridgeview are pleased that our stadium and community get to be a part of it from the ground floor,” offered Bridgeview Mayor Steven Landek.
